Application for Good Moral Character Certificate (GMC)
For current CS Students and/or Recent Graduates of the College of Science applying for Good Moral Character (GMC) Certificates, please follow the instructions below:
1. Apply for Clearance from Office for Student Ethics (OSE) https://bit.ly/sdcclearance
2. Fill in completely the necessary information here https://bit.ly/CS-GMC-Application-2026
3. The certificate will be emailed back or be available for pickup in 2-3 days
* Please note that GMC requests will not not be processed if the student/alumni has been a graduate from the College of Science for more than 2 years from the date of request.
