The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs is in charge of the Graduate Office which houses graduate student records. The Graduate Office is the graduate student counterpart of the Office of the College Secretary for undergraduate students. The main distinction between the two offices is the acceptance of applications to graduate programs of the College. At the undergraduate level, students apply directly to the University Office of Admissions.

With the availability of graduate student records at the Graduate Office, it also evaluates graduate University and College Scholars, as well as the candidates for graduation for graduate degrees. The Office also administers readmission, leave of absence, registration, and dropping, among other graduate student concerns.

The regular staff of the Graduate Office consists of a Student Records Evaluator, a Records Officer, and an Administrative Assistant.

    • Application form with Incomplete Requirements/ Documentation will not be accepted
    • Birth Certificate from National Statistics Office (for Filipino Citizens)
    • Official Transcript of Records (OTR)
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) results of Certification that the medium of instruction is English (from the University you graduated) for Foreign Applicants whose native language is English
      (attached passing score)
      TOEFL Score : Computer based = 173 ,
      Internet based = 61 ,
      Paper based = 500.

Note : All the above requirements will be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) upon issuance of the Admission Slip (for admitted applicants)
